On Nov. 12, the awarding ceremony of ‘1 Million Safe Man Hours Certificate’ was held on the site of the Malaysia Johor 1440MW CCGT project contracted by CEEC TEPC. The ceremony was attended by the DOSH officials from Johor Bahru, Johor State, SPG representatives, EPC contractor CTCI and all other construction participant companies.
　　On the ceremony, Mr Auni Hasnun Binti Faizun, DOSH official of Johor Bahru city, appraised highly of the law-abiding actions taken by all project participants to keep the site in an ordered, safe and reliable state. He also issued the certificate to the project participating companies. Hou Juntao, site manager of Malaysia Johor project office accepted the award on behalf of the project office.
　　It is known that the ‘1 Million Safe Man Hours Certificate’ is of great importance in Malaysia, and it is well-acknowledged as a major indicator and condition of performance in the industry. Winning of this certificate gives us a better edge in future bidding process in Malaysia market.
　　The project office shall take this chance as an opportunity to continue its firefighting and safety publicity activities featuring various forms and contents, as well as safety joint inspection and topical inspections during rainy season to improve and keep up this favorable trends of safe production, thus laying down a solid foundation for fulfilling the annual safe production goals.
