On 29th Nov. Iraqi local time, Xie Zuowen, Deputy GM of Energy China TEPC and GM of Overseas Engineering Company, visited the prime minister’s office in Iraq in the company of officials from the Chamber of Commerce of Iraq.

Officials from the prime minister’s office expressed warm welcome to Energy China TEPC and representatives from other Chinese enterprises before introducing some of the preliminary planning and policies regarding the reconstruction projects of the Iraqi government. Discussions followed on those projects within the China-Iraq financing framework. Xie expressed that Energy China TEPC shall take initiative as always in the reconstruction of Iraq and he hoped that both sides could promote the materialization of these projects ASAP.
