On July 10, Mr Kashif Habib, CEO of Pakistan Power Cement Plant, Mr Syed Muhammad Imran, Project Manager, and Mr Sarmad Naeem Qureshi visited TEPC and were warmly welcomed by Mr Fu Xiujun, Chairman (Executive Director) and Party Committee Secretary of CEEC TEPC, Mr Xie Zuowen, Deputy General Manager of CEEC TEPC and GM of Overseas Engineering Company, and Mr Zhao Zhiyong, Assistant to GM and Executive GM of Overseas Engineering Company. Both sides had a deep communication on how to further promote the project progress and future cooperation issues. Zhao hosted the meeting.
　　During the meeting, the project office gave a report on the major progress of the work, followed by a brief introduction of the Arif Habib Group by Mr Imran. Later on, both sides exchanged ideas on how to promote future work and the progress as a whole, putting emphasis on project planning management, civil work, material supply, quality control and management, and HSE management.
　　Fu extended a cordial and warm welcome to Mr Kashif and his delegates by expressing his sincere gratitude of the owner for the great support and assistance rendered since the start of the project. He pointed out being the first EPC project of CEEC TEPC in the cement industry of Pakistan, Power Cement Plant Project means everything to the company and TEPC shall continue to improve project performance management by allocating our best personnel and quality resources to promote the project. He also hoped both side could deepen mutual understanding and trust with this cooperation so that any future cooperation with the Arif Habib Group in other fields remained a possibility.
　　Mr Kashif expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome of CEEC TEPC and confirmed the company brand and its performance competency. Regarding project construction, he hoped the top-level management from both side could establish a long-term participation system for effective communication and troubleshooting to improve project progress. He also hoped CEEC TEPC may continue to improve manpower and material allocation to guarantee project duration.
