On April 28, the “two driven one” complete unit of 9FB Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Heat and Power Generation Project of China Huadian (Tianjin) Nanjiang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Undertaken by CEEC Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. was formally put into commercial operation after 168 hours of trial operation. The Nanjiang Project is located in Binhai New District of Tianjin, which is a key project of combined heat and power generation planning in Tianjin, and also one of the projects promoting Binhai New District to develop 26 major infrastructure projects. Its total installed unit capacity is 930 MW, and the heating capacity is 650 MW.
　　Since the commencement of the project, the company has overcome many unfavorable factors, vigorously promoted the project construction, highlighted the safety construction, quality technology and cost control, and finally completed the project successfully. During the 168 hours of trial operation, the average load rate of the unit was 94.51%; the operation of the main and auxiliary equipment was safe and stable; and the automatic equipment, protective equipment and instrument were 100% put into use, to successfully finish the task of thermoelectric engineering construction of China Huadian (Tianjin) Nanjiang Thermal Power Co., Ltd.
