On October 13, local time in Pakistan, No.1 host foundation concrete pouring of CEEC TEPC Pakistan Bin Qassim  Phase III Project was successfully completed.
　　It is reported that Bin Qassim  project is located in Qassim port Karachi city. With liquefied natural gas as the main fuel and light diesel oil the auxiliary fuel, the plant is planned to adopt two sets of  4000F-class “1 on 1” single shaft combined cycle layout modes, while TEPC is mainly in charge of on-site construction, plant installation and contract agreement of the main plant construction project.
