On January 1st local time, the first time of lifting work of the steel structure for 4# boiler of 4 sets of 600,000 kW clean coal-fired project in Dubai Hassyan, designed by China Energy Engineering Group Northeast Electric Power Design Institute Co.,ltd and contracted by Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., has commenced, and the installation work of the last unit in this project has been officially launched, blowing the rally for the overall advancement of project installation and construction.

　　This project is the first clean coal-fired power station in the Middle East and the first power station in the world to achieve dual-fuel full-load power supply. It consists of 4 sets of 600,000 kW (net output) ultra-supercritical units with the full installed capacity of 2400 MW, possessing 100% output capacity of both firing and natural gas, which has fully meets the supply of different fuels and improves the adaptability of the power plant to fuels. After 4 units are put into operation, they can provide 20% of the power energy for Dubai. The project will be fully put into commercial operation in 2023.
