After careful preparation, the Engineering Quality Department of Iraq Missan Combined Cycle Power Plant Project Department organized front-line construction personnel to start the #2 waste heat boiler foundation pouring work at 14:00 local time on March 22.
　　The technical staff of the project department and the first-line construction staff fully carried forward the sense of team spirit to overcame the influence of high temperature and mosquitoes, and focused their efforts to continuously overcome the construction problems. After nine hours, the pouring work was successfully completed at 23:00 on March 22 , A total of 535m3 of concrete was poured.
