TEPC has carried out the "Online Learning to Promote Transformation" activities
  Recently, in order to implement the "Several Opinions" of the group company, further promote the construction of adaptive organizations, and support the accelerated transformation of enterprises, TEPC has carried out the "e-learning to promote transformation" activities.
  It is reported that the activities introduced online learning resources from multiple parties to provide employees with learning content including corporate management, policy research, municipal construction, international engineering, marketing, finance, taxation and finance, human resources, and party building culture and hired senior lecturers in various fields to give lectures and special trainings offline to empower the construction of a high-quality workforce.
  Up to now, TEPC has organized a series of trainings such as "mid-level and senior leadership training class", "project manager training class" and "young cadre training class" to improve learning, thinking, innovation, and execution, and support the realization of the goal of “recreating a new energy building with high-quality development by 2025”.
