At 14:18 on March 18, Serbia local time, the Serbian Pancevo project, which was constructed by China Energy Engineering Group Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., successfully completed a 72-hour full-load trial operation. During the full-load trial operation, the three units and auxiliary equipment were running stably and normally.
The Serbian Pancevo project is a two-to-one gas-fired combined cycle power station project. The project is mainly composed of two waste heat boilers and a set of steam turbine units supplied by Ansaldo and two gas-fired units supplied by Shanghai Electric, with a total capacity of 161 MW, and supporting NIS for high, medium and low pressure industrial steam. The project owner is TE-TO, a joint holding company of Gazprom and Serbian oil company NIS, the EPC contractor of the project is Shanghai Electric, and the GC contractor is Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.
During the implementation of the project, the project department overcame various difficulties such as limited site area, high implementation standards, frequent design changes, lag in drawings, and the covid-19 epidemic, steam turbine fixed speed grid connection and 72-hour full-load trial operation and other major nodes.
Serbia Pancevo Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, plans to build a gas turbine combined cycle unit for its refining and chemical project. It is the current key energy construction project in Serbia. The project is fully constructed according to European standards. In addition to meeting the stable power supply to the refinery, the remaining electricity will be put into the market to meet the electricity demand of the country's residents. After completion, it will effectively promote the economic and social development of Serbia.
