On May 10, the ignition and blowpipe of Unit 3 of the Meulaboh 2×225 MW coal-fired power station project in Indonesia was completed.

The project is located in Meulaboh County, Darussalant, Aceh Province, northern Sumatra, Indonesia. It is planned to build two 225 MW subcritical units with a total installed capacity of 450 MW. Energy China TEPC is responsible for the civil engineering, water intake, installation and commissioning of the whole plant.
