The company’s commissioning lab is one of the first batch of Class A commissioning units of thermal power project approved by the Ministry of Power in 1996, with complete professional configuration, advanced test equipment and abilities in commissioning (including performance test and special test) complete set of and single thermal power, power grid, wind power and nuclear power, etc.

Among the company’s complete set of commissioning projects completed and under construction, the number of unit with 300MW or above is 28 and 35 for 300MW below, and there are 38 domestic units and 25 overseas ones. Also, the company has independently completed commissioning of Shougang Jingtang Self-Generation Power Plant 2×300MW Coal-fired Generation Unit, WASSIT Phase I 4×330MW and Phase II 2×610MW Oil-fired (gas) Power Project, Venezuela 2×170MW CCPP and several units on the site of Gadi and Ossa in India, in addition to providing instructions for commissioning of Indian Rosa 4×300MW and Jinde 8×135MW coal-fired circulating fluidized bed unit. The hand-over units operate well, with favorable indicators. The company has also completed subsystem commissioning of NCC 2×660MW, Zetas Phase III 2×660MW Coal-fired Thermal Power Generation Project in Turkey, Xinjiang Tianshan 2×350MW Supercritical Coal-fired Thermal Power Unit in Xinjiang and Gizan 3580MW Gas Turbine in Saudi Arabia.
